Victoria was born and raised in Florida, and is currently residing in Pawtucket, RI. Victoria has over 10 year’s experience in customer service and management as well as early childhood education. Using these skills and tools, Victoria handles clients with the utmost respect and empathy. After finding recovery herself, she made a career change into the field. Victoria is passionate about helping people in the early stages, and throughout their journey, of recovery. As a case manager and client liaison, Victoria finds balance in making patients feel heard and understood along with finding them all the unique resources that they may need.
Victoria is an animal lover. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two American Bullies, Marley and Sampson, as well as her family and friends. She is an avid amateur chef who loves to cook and bake to put a smile on her loved ones faces.
