Victoria was born and raised in Florida and currently resides in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. She brings over 10 years of experience in customer service, management, and early childhood education, all of which have helped shape her compassionate and person-centered approach to working with others.
After finding recovery herself, Victoria felt called to make a career change into the behavioral health field. Having experienced the life-changing impact of recovery firsthand, she is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they begin and continue their own journeys. She believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and treated with dignity, and she strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for every client she works with.
As a Case Manager and Client Liaison, Victoria is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges, access resources, and build a strong foundation for long-term recovery. She takes pride in advocating for her clients and helping them recognize their own strengths and potential.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her dog, Sampson, and her cat, Mochi, as well as making memories with family and friends. Originally from Florida, she loves being outdoors and the beach. She also enjoys crafting and expresses her love for others through acts of service, especially cooking and baking for the people she cares about.
